Carrera Customs Return Policy
We strive to make returns as hassle-free as possible. If you need to return a product, please contact our team with your order number ready.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item (wrong finish, specifications, etc.), please take clear photos of the issue and contact us before installing the product.
- If a manufacturer defect is discovered during installation, take photos and stop installation immediately.
- In rare fitment issues, Carrera Customs requires photos of the wheels on the vehicle before processing a return. We do not cover labor costs.
Exchange/Return Process
If an exchange or return is needed, you have two options:
- Quick Method – A second order is processed, charged in full, and shipped out. A refund is issued once the original order is returned, received, and inspected.
- Long Method – A return for the original order is processed first. Once received and inspected, the replacement order will be shipped.
🔹 Important: Please keep all original boxes and packaging for at least one week after delivery. Returns must be sent back in their original packaging and condition.
Conditions for a Full Refund
A full refund will be issued if:
✅ The order cannot be fulfilled, and a comparable product is unavailable.
✅ A product is received damaged, and a replacement is unavailable.
✅ A pricing error occurs on behalf of the manufacturer, and neither Carrera Customs nor the customer can absorb the difference.
Conditions for an Exchange Without a Restocking Fee
An exchange can be made with no restocking fee if:
✅ The product is received damaged.
✅ The product has a manufacturer defect.
✅ The product does not match the description of the item originally purchased.
Conditions for a Refund with a 25% Restocking Fee & Shipping Fees
A 25% restocking fee + shipping fees will apply if:
- The customer cancels an order or refuses delivery.
- The customer provides the incorrect wheel or tire size.
- The customer provides incorrect vehicle information.
- Unused TPMS sensors are returned.
⚠️ Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
No Refunds or Exchanges on the Following Items
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged.
- Mounted/balanced packages (wheels & tires already installed).
- TPMS sensors that have been used.
- Special order or final sale items.
- Wheels requiring machining, painting, or coating.
- Products damaged by installation errors or road hazards.
- Returns without prior authorization.
- Wheels that are an aggressive fitment.
- Orders returned after 30 days.
- Gift cards & Shipping Protection.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may vary based on the payment provider.
