At Carrera Customs, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate cancellations when possible. Please review our cancellation policy for standard, pre-order, and special order purchases.

🔄 Standard Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled at no charge only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed, shipped, or marked for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
  • If an order is refused upon delivery, a restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.

📦 Pre-Order & Special Order Policy

At Carrera Customs, we offer pre-order and special order options for select products that may not be immediately available in stock. Please read the following terms before placing a pre-order or special order.

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it becomes available. This ensures that you secure your item before it sells out. Estimated arrival times vary and will be communicated at checkout or via customer support.

🛠 What is a Special Order?

A special order is a product that is not regularly stocked and is ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer or supplier. Special order items may have longer lead times and are often non-cancellable and non-refundable once ordered.

💳 Payment & Order Processing

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order or special order.
  • Your payment secures the item and guarantees priority allocation once stock arrives.

🔄 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders may be canceled only if the item has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
  • Special orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.
  • If an item is discontinued or unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
